Great shop with great customer service. I have to admit I have been using A-tech for a number of years and I keep coming back because they always do an excellent job, they do it quickly, they do it right and they do it economically. And I believe 4 out of the last 5 times they have always come under the estimated cost. The only time that wasn't true was when they ended up using synesthetic oil (mandated by the manufacturer) rather than conventional oil. They are even opened on 1/2 day on Saturday which is nice. But recently they instituted the ability to pay online wich is really nice for me because I can't always make it there before 5:00 (they have offered to stay later, to give me time to get there). They always seem to being trying to make things easier for their customers which is really nice and their customer service is excellent. They won't try and sell you things you don't need and they always do their best to give you the best price they can. They actually called me one time after a repair and told me they accidentally over charged me because they got a deal on the parts and they were refunding me about $100. When was the last time that happened to you at a garage? They also have an AAA discount which is a nice deal on top of the excellent service you get. I know how reviews work, some good, some bad, but if you give these guys a try you won't be sorry and you just might find your new best auto Tech...what have you got to lose?
