A-Tech Automotive is amazing! I brought my car here today after an exhausting nine months of power steering trouble with another mechanic. Everyone from Roberta (front desk) to Matt (technician) to everyone else in the shop was professional, courteous, kind, and understanding. They were able to help me to stay calm and were very nice when I was clearly frustrated with the previous work that was done. Roberta was able to get me hooked up with a free loner car for the day (yes, they have FREE loner cars), which was helpful as I had a couple of errands to run and needed to do some things at home as well. The technicians did a multi-point inspection and checked out everything going on with my car. When they discovered the problem with the hoses connected to my power-steering pump and they were understanding when I said that I needed some time to think about them fixing it today. Before they did any replacements or changes they called me to verify that this was okay. There was never any pressure to buy anything or have them personally fix my car. They wanted me to be happy and satisfied and I felt appreciated and care for. When I was leaving Roberta told me that she would be happy to see me back, but wanted me to take my time and to think about everything. I truly felt that she understood what I was going through. Also, I love that their waiting area has snacks, water, wi-fi, and cable television. This is the place that you want to hang out when your car is being worked on! They rival some of the dealership waiting areas! visited in New England so far I am impressed and overwhelmed with joy to have found them gem!
